  •  Public Field Trip with Forest Service - Sept. 24th @ 10:00 am and Sept 27th @ 10:00 am if unable to attend the prior- at the Elk River Lodge & General Store.. Your input is needed to make the management recommendations for the  Robo Elk Project....

 IF YOU RECREATE in Elk River this affects YOU!!!!   

Those participating will be responsible for their own transportation, food and water.  The Forest Service will guide vehicles from Elk River to selected wites, provide further info about the project and your input is needed. The plan is to return to Elk River by 4 pm both days

if these days are inconvenient and you would still like to provide input or have any questions about the project or the field trips please contact Kara Chadwick by phone 208-875-1131 or in person at the Palouse Ranger District office, Potlatch Idaho.

On Christmas Eve, Santa will once again, make a special stop in Elk River.  He will ride around town on the fire engine to let everyone know that he has arrived.  Go meet him at the Welcome Sign Board at 6:00 pm to receive your sack of goodies from Santa.

Mod Class Rules:

Must retain manufacturers engine cases and bulk head, any track, suspension, tunnel engine mods, exhaust system and picks are allowed.

Open Mod Rules:

Nitrous, turbo's, supercharger's any CC or any other modifications and picks are allowed.

Protests:

Protester puts up $100, if ruling is found in favor of protested sled, owner of said sled is awarded the $100.
